How fulfillment works

Two paths, clear next steps.

HuBe Rx follows one of two fulfillment workflows based on the prescription type.

Track 1

Standard Rx

  1. Prescription fax is received and entered in HuBe.
  2. An itemized prescription cost is generated and sent by email.
  3. After payment, the prescription is manually generated and sent for pharmacy processing.
  4. The prescription is shipped to the address on file.

Clear, itemized pricing is prepared within 24 hours to keep fulfillment moving.

Track 2

GLP-1 Rx

  1. Prescription fax is received, entered in HuBe, priced, and billed by email.
  2. After payment, a calendar invitation is sent for a required virtual visit.
  3. Following the virtual visit, the prescription is manually processed through a specialty pharmacy.
  4. The prescription is shipped to the address on file.

Itemized pricing is prepared within 24 hours, with virtual-visit coordination completed in approximately seven days before specialty fulfillment begins.
